For projects that include remodeling, we plan those changes alongside the furnishings, material selections, and overall design so everything works together naturally. Our studio combines thoughtful space planning, quality materials, and a design-led approach to create homes that feel personal, functional, and built for long-term living.
Project timelines vary based on the scope, complexity, custom work, and lead times. Interior design and furnishing projects for two to three spaces generally take six months or longer, while full-home furnishing projects often take twelve months or longer. These are general planning estimates and may vary by project.
Furnishing projects typically begin at $100,000, with full-home furnishing starting at $250,000. Kanika Design uses a flat design-fee model based on the project scope, size, complexity, number of spaces, and level of customization. As a general guideline, interior design and furnishing fees are typically 10–15% of the overall project investment, with a project-specific fee provided once the scope is defined.
